Indra Jaya Gunawan (Indra) is a Senior associate at Yuvens and Co. Law Office. He graduated from Universitas Surabaya (UBAYA) and obtained his Master of Law degree specialized in Business Law.

As a law graduate who is interested in Business and Banking industry, he had been working for almost five years long as part of the corporate legal team at one of the best well-developing foreign Bank in Indonesia since 2018. His scope of work mainly engaged in banking and corporate law, namely drafting and conducting legal research, handling loans applications, settlement of non-performing loans, fulfilling audits and due diligence, managing company permits and shareholder meetings, drafting agreement and any other related matters, in which case also comprehends on filing lawsuit, confiscation of assets, executions, auctions, and any other necessary legal actions related to cases in Banking industry.

Along with his experience in handling more than 50 clients in the field of retail and corporate loans in more than three major cities in Indonesia since 2018, He has obtained advocate license by the Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia (PERADI) and is actively engaged in litigation and non-litigation cases.

His excellent competence and experience in the relevant field of work has also contributed to his career development in the academic world as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law at one of the best University in East Java.
