Peter Jeremiah Setiawan (Peter) is the Managing Partner of Yuvens & Co. He completed his law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Surabaya and obtained his Master of Laws Degree, graduated with summa cum laude respectively.

Peter is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Surabaya in the field of teaching and research on procedural law, law on evidence, economic and financial crime. Besides teaching, he is also handling many cases in financial sectors over the years.

He also licensed and registered Member of the certification board of the Indonesian Receiver and Administrators Association (AKPI)

Peter had a specialization in criminal and procedural law, contract drafting, and also has extensive experience in Business and Corporate Law.
