Fernando Lumban Gaol is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Practice Area of the Yuvens & Co. He obtained his law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Surabaya.

Prior to joining Yuvens & Co. in 2021, Fernando Lumban Gaol had worked for 5 (five) years as a Litigation Lawyer at Tri dan Rekan Law Firm and also had worked as a Senior Associate from Sanjaya Adhiprabowo and Partners Law Firm in Jakarta.

In his tenure with the previous firm, Fernando had been acting as a leading lawyer in advising and representing clients from various types of industries including but not limited to intellectual property and real estate. He has extensive experience with many big corporates legal cases, especially but not limited to, aviation companies in Indonesia.
